 Talent Acquisition Executive Job in Bayleaf HR

Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Strategy Development:

      • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the BFSI sectors specific needs.
      • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand business goals and talent requirements.
    2. Talent Sourcing:

      • Use various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking events, partnerships with universities) to source candidates.
      • Leverage advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and industry-specific events.
      • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles like financial analysts, relationship managers, risk officers, actuaries, and compliance professionals.
    3. Screening and Interviewing:

      • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments for candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
      • Collaborate with business leaders to identify key competencies required for specific roles.
      • Administer pre-employment tests for finance-related skills, industry knowledge, and soft skills assessment.
    4. Relationship Building:

      • Establish relationships with top-tier talent, even if there isnt an immediate vacancy.
      • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
    5. Offer Management:

      • Coordinate the negotiation of offers, aligning with the companys compensation guidelines and market trends.
      • Ensure smooth onboarding by working with HR and relevant departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    6. Market Research and Analysis:

      • Stay updated on recruitment trends and talent market conditions in the BFSI industry.
      • Analyze competitors' talent strategies to ensure your recruitment efforts are competitive.
    7. Compliance and Reporting:

      • Ensure recruitment practices comply with industry regulations (e.g., anti-money laundering regulations, KYC) and company policies.
      • Maintain reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and the effectiveness of different sourcing channels.
    8. Diversity & Inclusion:

      • Foster a diverse and inclusive recruitment environment in line with organizational goals.
      • Implement practices that ensure equal opportunity in hiring, especially considering the varied roles in BFSI.
    9. Employee Retention:

      • Collaborate with HR to provide insights into the reasons for high turnover and propose solutions to improve retention.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience:

      • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in the BFSI sector.
      • Knowledge of industry-specific roles and regulations.
      • Familiarity with talent acquisition software (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Education:

      • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
    • Communication:

      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with both candidates and senior leaders.
    • Industry Knowledge:

      • Familiarity with the BFSI industrys regulatory landscape and the specific skill sets required for various roles.
    • Analytical Thinking:

      • Ability to analyze recruitment data and improve strategies based on metrics.
    • Technical Skills:

      • Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors) is beneficial.

    Key Challenges:

    • Managing a high volume of applications, especially for competitive roles in the BFSI sector.
    • Keeping up with evolving trends and regulatory changes within the BFSI space.
    • Recruiting for specialized roles such as actuaries, risk managers, and compliance officers
