Job Description
- ROLE DEFINITION We are on the lookout for a PHP developer to create PHP scripts and manage all the front-end & backend data services. The PHP developer candidate will have to have a deep knowledge of PHP web frameworks. He/She must be a problem-solver who lives and breathes all things PHP, and is adept at popular PHP frameworks. RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE Front-end & Back-end Development PHP Code Writing & Analysis Development and Database Optimization API integration TASKS & ACTIVITIES Web Development: Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules PHP Frameworks Management: CakePHP and Laravel Strong grasp in web development open source: CSS, XHTML, PHP5, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery Responsible for the estimation, design & development of new projects according to clients requirement. API Development, Integration with Different Systems / Applications Websites backup and cPanel management Web Speed Optimization & Maintenance: Website page speed optimization on Mobile and desktop Website errors rectification and code cleaning Value Addition: Defining the right process and improving work quality standards to meet customer requirements Learning new methods, tools & processing techniques from peers to deliver continuous performance improvements Suggesting new thoughts and ideas, which would enable value-building and innovation in the process Performance: Timely Customer's work delivery Positive behavior with team members Dedicated and committed to work MEASUREMENT METRICS On Time Delivery Quality of Code Clients Feedback Attendance and Discipline QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Graduate / Post Graduate in Computers (CS / IT) Must have minimum 3 yr. of development experience with PHP / MySQL (Preferably Laravel).
