Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Delhi, India. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, performance analysis, and providing strategic recommendations. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Client relationship management and customer service skills Analytical skills for performance analysis and strategic recommendations Knowledge of financial products and NBFC operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Proficiency in using MS Office tools,
