Responsible for the Europe Technology entity cost management. Working with Bizops, HR/ Rewards/Controllership/CFM/CTS teams. Working with different stakeholders to create a strategy for cost optimization & bringing changes to the system to adopt the new developments. Working with Europe Technology leadership & Biz Ops team to provide insights into the financials, over/under recovery of the cost etc. ~10+ years relevant work experiences in Accounting, Finance, Management Reporting Good communication Skills Insights and Analysis Experience related to Standard Costing, Delivery center financial reporting. Excellent Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving Skills Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.) knowlegede about SAP R3 & Business reporting will be an added advantage. Good Presentation Dynamics Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the cost & recovery management for the Entity. Stakeholders management includes Rewards, controllership, Biz Ops, Delivery, solution architects, PCC teams. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures Person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
