Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Business Analyst F&A In this role you will be responsible for simplifying complex IT Systems solutions for customers in varied industries, understanding how to structure F&A processes capture and process improvement initiatives and how to facilitate the client through a pragmatic decision-making process. You may be assigned additional responsibilities to lead the deployment of Tech solutions for the client. Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities include: Running of requirements gathering workshops with customers, analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting requirements, and relaying these to Technology team members Modelling business processing and identifying opportunities for process improvements Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining business impacts Writing concept, functional design, user stories and acceptance criterias, use cases and process design documents Being involved in implementation, training and testing of the solutions Supporting business transition and helping to establish change Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage and develop the account, with support from the Project/ Account Manager Qualifications Minimum qualifications B.com Experience in one or more domain areas: F&A, Supply chain, Retail etc . With the F&A domain should have a functional depth for the 3 key towers P2P, R2R and O2C processes. Digital know-how, should have experience in implementing Digital solution(s) in the 3 F&A towers mentioned above. Experience in writing the functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis in ample projects Experience in Operational excellence related projects and also in driving transformation opportunities in the said domain.
