Responsibilities Responsible for the process of idea generation and feature documentation/presentations Create technical documentation, including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, operation guides, and product specifications that increase the experience for applications we create, especially on AWS platform. Work with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand. Complete content writing and assignments in a stipulated timeframe Conduct research on Intelligent Automation to develop content, ideas Be open for feedback Collaborate with the design team/BA team as and when required Conduct extensive research on the assigned topic Write a script and creative content townhalls Write technical content for monthly newsletters Writing creative content for the assigned projects Qualifications we seek in you!
