Amul (Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd.) hiring for TSI (Amritsar & Jalandar)

 

The candidate will be responsible for the Sales & Distribution function of our range of products for the assigned territory.

 

The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for the assigned territory.  The major responisbility includes sales planning, Logisitcs & Distribution Management. WD & territory Management, Production Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of Sales targets etc.  The candidate will also be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development.  He/She is required to track and analyse competitor's activities and suggest counter measures from time to time.   Their success will be measured by the delivery of business-critical goals, growth and gain in market share.

 

The candidate should be a first-class graduate in any discipline with full time & two years post graduation in management or a first-class graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology.  They should also have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience.  The age should not be more than 28 years.  The candidate should know local language.
