JOB DETAILS
1.Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
2.Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
3.Ensure compliance of brand standards
4.Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
5.Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
6.Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
7.Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
8.Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
9.Accountable for monthly stock takes
10.Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
