• Engage with customers through inbound & outbound calls
• Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions
• Build strong relationships through meaningful conversations
• Ensure timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries
• Follow up to guarantee top-notch customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus!)
• Prior experience in inbound/outbound calling is a bonus!
• A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
