Aa a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) you would be responsible for strategic role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and headhunting techniques to find top talent.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
Provide market insights and strategic guidance on talent acquisition trends.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain long-term relationships.
3. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization
Oversee and improve the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tech tools.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal regulations, and company standards.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and mentor recruitment consultants and talent acquisition specialists.
Set hiring targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
Conduct training and upskilling programs for recruiters.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Previous experience in HR recruitment firms, staffing agencies, or corporate HR preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and ATS tools.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
