    Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on assigned systems. Take necessary corrective actions for breakdown calls within the stipulated timeline. Adhere to service processes and maintain proper documentation practices. Manage local boot inventory of spare parts to meet high-demand customer needs. Be available to work in shifts on weekdays and attend customer breakdowns on weekends and holidays. Maintain all test equipment, tools and company property in good and working order Attend product training courses in Europe and USA in order to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within customer services to ensure our company values are achieved What do I need to qualify for this job . Degree in Biomedical /Electronics Back ground Ideally you will have previous field service experience where you have undertaken fault finding on electronic or medical equipment. You will also be required to have strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills Your customer facing skills will be invaluable, as you will be required to interface with customers and staff at all levels within Siemens Healthineers, third parties, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers and must quickly gain the respect of others, both colleagues and customers at all levels Job Opportunity: Customer Service Engineer In-Vitro Instruments (Field-Based) We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer to join our field-based team, specializing in in-vitro diagnostic instruments. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on assigned systems. Respond to and resolve breakdown calls within the stipulated timeline. Follow service processes and maintain accurate documentation. Manage local spare parts inventory to ensure prompt service for high-demand customers. Work in shifts on weekdays and be available for customer support on weekends and holidays. Maintain test equipment, tools, and company property in good working condition. Attend product training courses in Europe and the USA to enhance technical expertise. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within customer services to uphold company values. Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics. Previous field service experience in fault-finding and troubleshooting electronic or medical equipment is preferred. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure. Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to engage professionally with internal teams, third parties, contractors, and suppliers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and credibility with colleagues and customers at all levels.,
