Job Description

Making International & Domestic Reservations of Air Tickets
Cancellation, re issuance, refunds, reschedule of Air tickets
Ability to understand clients needs & design & quote suitable itineraries.
Must be proficient in taking reservation calls and handling customers on phone.
Should have some knowledge on Holiday/ Tour Planning.

Minimum 1 year experience in a reputed travel agency.
