Job Description
- dharohar is looking for a Learning Experience Designer Organisation Summary Imagine a world where life-long learning is normal, and everyone asks what they can contribute to the community. This is the world we are building through workshops, exhibitions, events and activities. We turn adults and kids back into explorers. We train volunteers from businesses work with students in schools and public spaces. This creates a double layered impact; shifting the mindsets of parents (volunteers) whilst helping current students enjoy learning. Businesses gain training for their teams, volunteers develop new skills, and the community becomes more tight-knit. We are building Third Space, which is a cultural center for people to experience art, science and culture. A place where visitors can explore, learn and experience things as per their liking and Interests. Role Summary Dharohar is looking for a passionate and creative individual to develop exciting, innovative content for our programmes and learning spaces, as well as engaging, training and inspiring volunteers so that each programme has maximum impact. Tasks You will be responsible for: - Improving the quality of Dharohar programmes by creating content, including: - Creating learning content/ session plans for various age-groups - Improving existing content - Developing and maintaining learning resources - Building thinking skills and a curious mindset - Improving volunteer engagement and impact by, developing and delivering volunteer training - Monitoring and evaluating learning impact Requirements To succeed in this role, You must have: - Minimum undergraduate degree - Passion for learning - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English and Hindi - Demonstrable ability to work independently It would help if you had - Experience of training different age- groups- kids, adults etc. - Interest in and knowledge of science and technology - Adaptability; learn and implement quickly Benefits Paid Leave, Performace Appraisal, Learning Opportunities, Career Development,
