Who we are looking for
1. 2-5 years in Automotive OEM / Wiring harness or Automobile Tier 1/ Engineering Service Industry
2. Knowledge in other electrical & electronic commodities.
3. Knowledge of Change management, variants control & BOM management.
4. Release knowledge of automotive components.
5. Experience in sampling processes and PPAP knowhow.
What you would do in this role
1. Experience in Daimler Norms and DBL standards, DIALOG and SMARAGD (Optional).
2. Knowhow in assessing of production maturity process (machines, logistics, cycle time, personnel, test equipment, short-term capability, preliminary process capability, manufacturing process for the vendor parts).
3. Hands on experience of UGNX 3D & 2D.
4. Hands on experience of CAD Data Management (Team centre, etc.).
5. Knowhow in wiring harness design and development.
6. Exposure to automotive requirements.
7. Working knowledge of the vehicle development process.
8. Knowledge in working with production control plan.
9. 3D modeling, drawing creation, GD&T.
10. Experience in Drawing check, release management.
