Customer Service Executive - Airport Representative @ Endigo India

Responsible for strictly following the prescribed procedures (Class by Sita) & making the guest comfortable & their experience memorable.
Responsible for welcoming, escorting & assisting guests in arrival & departure transfer.
Assist the guest at the time of check in & check out at the hotel.
Brief the guest about complete tour itenanary (If required).

Reconfirm the flight, hotel, vehicle & all other details before transfer.
Assist the client in all possible ways in consultation with the file handler and duty officer.
Provide clients' feedback to the operation team.
Meeting & Greeting the guests as per the allocated duty.
Interaction with Guests as per the briefing sheet.
Facilitate all activities involved in the arrival and departure transfer of guests.

Required Candidate profile

The incumbent must be a Graduate with 0 -2 yrs of experience in Guest Assistance / Airport Coordiantion or Customer service in the service / hospitality industry.
Should have strong Customer Service orientation.
Should have proficient communciation skill & PR Skill.
