Job Description

Urgent customer service

Create an excellent customer experience and we intend to build our

customer delight operation as a center of excellence.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about product,
services, receive orders, cancel orders and obtain details of compliant.
Keep records of customer interaction, recording details of inquiries as
well as action taken.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for
further investigation.
Follow up to ensure appropriate actions were taken on customer
request.
Make regular calls to existing customers or potential customers.
Desired Role profile of the candidate Excellent communication skills in English/ Tamil/ Hindi is must.
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers base.
Excellent customer issue documentation skill.
Good listening ability to understand customer issues very clearly and
provide resolution.
Ability to function independently as well as in a team
