The Team
In this role you will orchestrate a team of Network Consulting Engineers and virtual team that deliver Advances Services PDI services to one of the large enterprises in India. Your team will have an impact on how the world does business not only through delivering to our customer but also through transforming how Services are delivered.
Role & Responsibilities
The Enterprise Advanced Services team seeks a Project Manager. In this role, you will be focusing on ensuring the success of customer engagements, managing the planning and execution of optimization
efforts, and coordinating the interaction of internal and customer resources toward the completion of key consulting services. This position requires a strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and solutions, as well as an ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, budgets and resources.

- Coordinates Services Leaders and Cisco Engineers to fulfill tactical customer needs such as plan, design and implement customer networks, and Knowledge transfers to the customer
- Partner with customer Architecture and Engineering Organizations to strategically positioning Cisco's Products and Solutions within our customersQualification & Experience Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent plus min 9 years related experience in the IT industry. PMP or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent in addition to proven experience as a project manager.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate at different levels of the organization, including internal and customer executives. An agile certification such as PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Master is very helpful.
- Lead medium and large projects to deliver customer business outcomes for transactional and
subscription projects - Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects timely, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer happiness
- Perform overall project-level planning and lead execution
- Provide vision, strategy and business objective alignment to lead end-to-end project implementation
- Responsible for project metric tracking, and handling project financials and profitability
- See opportunities for additional business and provide input to presales and renewal evaluation
- Identify risk, issues and develop risk response strategy
- Lead the execution of contract changes and related process
- Lead Partner delivery and commercials when 3rdparty technical delivery resources are engaged on program.
