Hello Candidate, Greetings from Hungry Bird IT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd !! We're hiring Customer Relationship Manager for our client. Qualification: Any graduate Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2-3 years of proven working experience in the client support role. Work Mode: Work from Office { Interested can drop their CV to hidden_email or call me on hidden_mobile } Function: Act as a bridge between the Company and Client to ensure clients are updated and supported. Principal Accountabilities:

Updating Clients with the latest Technologies and softwares via email, in person & phone calls.
Regular follow up with the Client requirements.
Lead a Team of Support Coordinators.
In charge for School Management system softwares.
Manage & Supports ICT Education products & after Sales activities.
Direct reporting to Managing Director on daily basis.
Provides best service to get repeated orders from clients.
Education Project Coordination and Execution.
Involved in Curriculum Development & Support.
Handling and updating Websites, Content Management, and IT Sales Support.
Managing corporate client relationship.
Academic Calendaring & scheduling.
Managing teachers and students rosters for online platforms
Coordination with principal company for support requests and coordination with clients Support in creating accounts on education platforms.
Able to write technical and support manuals
Content writing, documents editing and proof reading
Support & Testing for School management & Accounting Softwares.
Managing online education technology platform

Person Specification: Preferred Education /Experience/ Personal Attributes:

2-3 years of proven working experience in the client support role.
Engineering degree holder would be preferred.
Proficient spoken and written English
Should be technically sound
Thoroughness and attention to detail
Comprehensive and planned task-follow up
Demonstrate ability to work effectively with people
Ability to learn quickly within the job
Problem-solving attitude
Flexibility to deal with ever-changing tasks
