Outcall/ Answer phones and respond to customer requests
Helping customers with product and service related information.
To transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for) .
To identify, research and resolve customer issues by using the computer system and applications.
Required Candidate profile
Must be 10+2/ Diploma/ Graduate.
Should have good communication skill.
Age - 18 to 35 years.
Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult, escalated calls.
Positive attitude.
