Minimum 4 years of experience in sales

Plan/ Control/ Monitor team of Relationship Managers in the assigned region to achieve Sales targets.

Ensure budgeted numbers of manpower month over month in the region.

Build long term relationships with Bank Staff.

Cascade the incentive programs & ensure complete success in implementation of the same.

Ensure team is aware about new products and sales Processes.
