Job Description

Job Role - As a key member of the Acko Roadside Assistance team, the Manager RSA will be responsible for knowledge management, communications, strategy development and operational execution to provide a great experience and journey for our customers. The manager should demonstrate a combination of exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen and strategic vision, and the ability to translate data analysis and business imperatives into practical, challenging, and attainable performance goals. Strong analytical skills and superior results orientation is mandatory. Adopting a proactive role in guiding the RSA team, the manager will make sure that the RSA team is able to reach their goals. He/She will inspire them to develop to the next level. While serving as their go-to person in unforeseen or uncertain situations, the manager will give them personal guidance, allowing them to grow and to perform at their best. The manager will challenge both his/her team and himself/herself to create innovative and scalable solutions that will minimise risks and maintain the highest standards for the customer and the business. Operational Excellence - As Roadside Assistance Manager, you need to understand every aspect of your operational performance. You will be responsible for continuous improvements, aligned with your and organisational goals. 4. Financial Steward - You are expected to understand the roadside business, know the numbers and lead overall RSA operations to achieve specific goals in quality, productivity, output and costs. Responsibilities: Maintain up to date overview of operational progress, outstanding actions, financial workflows, manage overall RSA P&L to monitor cost & performance. Build operational strategies to elevate the customer experience. Awareness of best practices and opportunities for improvement in RSA operations. Drive understanding and ensure adherence to RSA Program function and processes. Ensuring the availability of required resources in all the working shifts to drive 24/7 RSA operations. Lead in identifying and implementing opportunities for efficient operations. This includes development, management and expansion of a high class service experience. Responsible for correct procedures and processes, training, improvement of resource management and developing KPI's and reporting. Develop rapport with RSA Partners by utilising an engaging, genuine, and proactive approach with regular communication. Evaluate customer feedback and engage in customer interaction to solve root causes and increase the overall customer experience. Manage the communication with accounts payable and business team regarding RSA partner s account, invoice and payment status. Review and reconcile internal & external RSA data to ensure smooth financial management. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of equivalent work experience. MBA would be a plus. B2B relationship management, stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to bring structure and rigour into organisational decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator who can communicate both effectively and professionally on all levels. Ability to communicate in a way that encourages team members to go the extra mile and in a way that a good team environment is guaranteed. Experience with advanced excel skills. Experience in customer-focused positions, having a strong customer oriented mindset. Strong sense of team mentality and reliability. Excellent interpersonal and resource management skills. Strong analytic skills to review reporting from disparate data sources across a variety of operational functions to determine and resolve potential issues. Policy/procedure writing experience and process implementation are strongly preferred Strong project management and organisational skills.
