Sr. Project / Delivery Manager with US B1 Visa @ Compunnel

Role:

We are looking for strong Sr. Project / Delivery Manger Profile with18 + years of experience and should be involved handling at least 50 + team members with multimillion $ accounts/projects. If he comes from strong technical background in the past , probably data warehousing, ETL, BI , cloud platforms and transformed as project/Delivery manager would be helpful. He may need to travel globally as needy based and going to work at our Hyderabad office as base location.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Bachelors / Master's degree from an accredited & reputed college/university with computer science or equal background
• Overall 18 + year's of IT experience and 10 + years in to project management /delivery .
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Onsite and stakeholders.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end in order to ensure within time, within budget with quality deliveries.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and define priority in a timely and clear fashion.
• Provide status reports and project information to stake holders/clients.
• Proactively identify potential crises (risk), and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Identify team's training need and coordinate in arranging it.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC .
• Excellent Project documentation skills.
• Good exposure to ISO and CMMi process.
• Project Management Certification
• Prior work experience in application / data warehousing, ETL, BI , cloud platforms development is a must
• Must have experience in US customer/account management .
• Familiar with agile software development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
• Expect high degree of logical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player with passion - who understands and respects personal & cultural differences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Leadership and People Management skills

Valid B1 Visa is mandatory.
