Job Location - Bangalore (walk In) - Need localities

Exp : 4 - 5 yrs

Qua : Grad

** PMP Certified is a must

** Manufacturing /Engineering sector pref.

** International exposure

Job Description :

ProjectInitiation

a.Identifykeystakeholders

b.Kick-offMeetingtoensurealignmentwithstakeholdersonscopeandDeliverables.

c.IdentifyRiskandIssuesthatmightimpacttheScheduleandScope.

d.Conductcomplexityassessment

ProjectPlanning

a.Define/Refineprojectscope

b.Finalizedeliverables

c.FinalizeTimeline

d.Planonbusinessreadinessandcommunicationstrategy

e.Identifypostprojectsupport(ifneeded)

ProjectExecution

a.Scheduleandleadtheprojectmeetings.

b.Manageprojectsthroughallphasesoftheprojectlifecycle,i.e.,requirements,analysis,development,testing,andimplementationplanning.

c.Developtimeestimatesforprogram/projectactivitiesinordertoaidtheresourceschedulingprocess.

d.Developandmanageprojectschedulewhichincludesestimatingtheprojectduration,effort,andcriticalpathaswellastrackingthescheduledactivitiesandmilestonesthroughcompletion.

e.Reportandescalatetomanagementasneeded

f.Performriskmanagementtominimizeprojectrisksonaweeklybasis

g.Ensurethedeliveryofnewproductsorservicestotheprogram/project,istotheappropriatelevelsofquality,ontimeandwithinbudget,inaccordancewiththeprojectplan.

h.Beresponsibleforthequalityassuranceandoverallintegrityoftheprogram.

i.Manageboththedependenciesandtheinterfacesbetweenprojectsand/orvariousITgroups.

j.Plantheprogram/projectandmonitoritsoverallprogress,resolvingissuesandinitiatingcorrectiveactionasappropriate.

k.Resolveorassistinresolutionofconflictswithinandbetweenprojectsortimelines

l.Manageindividualprojectmigrationsduringafter-hours/weekendsasnecessary

m.Coordinateinternalresourceandthirdparties/Suppliersfortheexecutionofprojects

n.Ensureresourceavailabilityandallocation

o.Useclientspecificprocessandtoolstomanagechangesinprojectscope,scheduleandcosts

p.MeasureprojectperformanceusingClientspecificPMOguidelines,requirementsandtools.

q.CreateandmaintaincomprehensiveprojectdocumentationperthePMOguidelines.
