Job Location - Kolkata / Bangalore (15 days each location per month) Experience -15 years (5+ years in heading the Mortgage Vertical in leadership role)

A leader with success in delivering Operational Excellence with customer delight in a sustained manner.
Expertise in leading global teams and customer base in the BFSI/Mortgage Banking space.
Managing multiple geographies and customers leading to sustained value creation.
Managing overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer process excellence.
Proficient at managing project operations with key focus on defining and executingstrategies to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Experienced in defining and implementing best practices for program / project support, supervising budget preparation & P&L management.
Design strategies and deploy practices in creating and sustaining innovation across.
Proven skills in directing, leading and motivating teams; imparting continuous trainings for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Experience in having implemented at leastone full scale RPA with the leading RPA providers in mortgage space.
Minimum people span to be not less than 500+FTE.
Expertise & Experience in Process transitions.
Champion of Quality and a Certified Black Belt having implemented multiple Six Sigma projects engineering project successes.
Ability to collaborate with peers, direct reports and management seamlessly.
Build, encourage and sustain a strong organisational culture fostering growth and development all around
Note : Immediate join ings would be highly preferred .
Candidates will have to travel in between Kolkata and Bangalore and will have to work for 15 days in each location.
