- Company Description ScribeEMR Systems Private Limited, based in Bengaluru, is a virtual medical scribing company with a sales office in Boston, India. The company was founded by the creators of Focus Infosys and Focus Edumatics, which was later acquired by Nuance in 2007. ScribeEMR Systems aims to revolutionize the medical scribing industry in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dot Net Technical Lead at ScribeEMR Systems Private Limited in Bengaluru. The Dot Net Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and developing .NET applications, providing technical guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Qualifications Expertise in .NET development and architecture. Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. Experience in leading software development projects. Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications in .NET development. Work Location : Hebbal, Bangalore (Office Based). Compensation : 20LPA -28LPA. Experience 5 to 7 Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in designing, developing, and implementing complex and scalable software solutions. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and define project scope. Design and develop robust, maintainable, and secure .NET applications using best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues, and provide constructive feedback to developers. Stay up-to-date on the latest .NET technologies and frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Azure) and evaluate their suitability for upcoming projects. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Participate in system design discussions, propose technical solutions, and make architectural decisions. Prepare technical estimates, create project plans, and track project progress. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team. Document technical specifications, code, and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer. (ref:hirist.tech),
