Job Description
- The work you'll be doing will support mission and business-critical applications within Verizon. You will be enhancing the customer experience and building world class solutions. Under the mentorship of senior applications staff, you will work as a team member on various projects to develop, implement and maintain this important application.
- Developing highly efficient and reliable applications with front end and backend technologies keeping security in mind.
- Executing full software development life cycle (SDLC) concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.
- Ensuring application development sprint cycle is on track and adjusting the plan to meet release timelines.
- Acting independently, at the same time displaying excellent collaboration within and between various teams.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use in front end and back end technologies.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You are curious about new technologies and the possibilities they create. You enjoy the challenge of supporting applications while exploring ways to improve upon the technology. You are driven and motivated, with strong communication and analytical skills.
You ll need to have:
- Bachelor s degree or one or more years of work experience.
- Experience as Full Stack Developer - (React, Java Springboot, Node, Micro services, SQL, Kubernetes, Scripting (Python/Shell).
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Application migration to AWS.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodology.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile framework (SAFe).
