Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for optimizing IT service management processes.

Primary Skills:

• ServiceNow Development: Proficient in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services.
• IT Service Management (ITSM): Experience with ITSM processes and best practices.
• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages.
• Integration: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.

Secondary Skills:

• Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems.
• API Integration: Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and forms.
• Test and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Maintain and update existing ServiceNow solutions as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow tools and processes.
