Market our services offerings such as transformational outsourcing, testing, product engineering etc, to our focus customer segments and driving new business revenues.
Develop strategic marketing plans for each service line managed by him /her, including:
Tracking market trends and evolving customer needs / tech trends
Review and repositioning of existing service offerings & defining new service offerings,
Sales Enablement & marketing messaging
Develop and Go-to-market plan in consultation with Geography Sales teams (US, UK, MEA, India, APAC) and Practice Groups
Drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan activities, for new business generation
Competition tracking & differentiation
Responsible for achieving set business revenue targets and opportunities for each service line, orchestrating our sales pursuits to prospects / customers and ensuring a differentiated positioning for our services, to enable new wins
Needs extensive customer interaction through the sales cycle, identify new areas for growth and create strategic roadmaps for the service line
Pre requisites
Min 4 yrs experience in software industry
Good analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate well, in cross-functional teams
Prior experience in IT services desirable
Ability to work well in a team-selling and collaborative environment
Prefer candidates from Mid to Top Tier organizations
Engineering with MBA background
