  2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters, belts, motors, and other components. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions or breakdowns in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs to ensure proper functioning.

  3. Inspections and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on HVAC equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Use specialized tools and instruments to measure airflow, temperature, humidity, and other parameters to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

  4. System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of HVAC systems through computerized control panels and gauges.   8. Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duties and respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures, leaks, or extreme weather conditions, to ensure quick resolution and minimize downtime.
