As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our organization's databases and systems. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data integrity and efficiency across various departments.
Responsibilities*
Job Summary*- Input and update data into databases with precision and speed

- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents

- Organize and maintain files and records for efficient data management

- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats

- Perform basic clerical tasks to support administrative functions

- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered
Experience*

- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills

- Familiarity with databases and Excel spreadsheets

- Ability to accurately file and organize documents

- Experience in transcribing information is a plus

- Candidate should have good knowledge of microsoft excel
