FUNCTION: Finance LOCATION: Thane, India JOB TYPE: Permanent, Hybrid GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury in the USA to manage reginal/global treasury operations for the business in the applicable country scope and assist with periodic and ad-hoc Treasury reporting and projects. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Ensure day to day Treasury operations of Funding of the legal entities Cash management Short-term investment of excess cash Debt management Bank service charge reconciliation and analysis Exception management Review and approve off-cycle / urgent disbursements Partner with bank and service providers to support business needs Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal and other teams on both strategic and operational projects Support the Regional Treasury Manager in the USA and Head of Treasury in the USA to manage global treasury operations for the business in the applicable country scope, including: Ensure sufficient and efficient funding of the group through various financing instruments Implement and seek continuous improvements of global/regional Treasury operations Optimize cash utilization for legal entities Cash flow strategies, including cash optimization strategies Monitor and implement actions to ensure group wide compliance with regulations and internal policies, fraud review and four eyes principle Assist with Treasury related reporting and projects ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE Main requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance. 3-5 years of prior experience in financial/Treasury areas. Knowledge of Treasury operations, including funding, cash management, investment of excess cash, intercompany financing, FX and hedging operations structures. Knowledge of TMS (e.g. Kyriba) is plus. Strong focus on and record of compliance. Demonstrated success in process improvement and development with strong analytical skills Comfortable working in environments with significant ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple and diverse functions, organizations, levels and cultures. Fluent in English . Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
