Job Description
- Should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in development and data management processes (Conversion / Conflation / Maintenance / Migration)
- Should possess good domain understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Design and Drafting/ Analysis/ Manufacturing Engineering/ After Market and Technical Publications for Product/ Plant Engineering. Good understanding of the way CAD/CAM/CAE tools work.
- Demonstrable experience to be able to assess / refine data management processes
- Should possess good development experience, analytical and problem solving skills
- Should have travelled to customer locations and be able to conduct technical workshops / requirement gathering sessions
- Demonstrable experience in
- Defining project execution process or solution framework for the various data management projects (Conversion / Conflation / Maintenance / Migration)
- carry out estimations in terms of schedule and efforts
- Development of resource plans
- Should have implement projects using Agile Methodologies,
- Should be able to apply Design Thinking
- Very good oral and written communication skills. Especially should be able to partner with customers and walk them thru the processes.
- Strong collaborator and go getter with high level of ownership
- Should be able to work across different time-zones (Either early morning with Australia or late evening with US Pacific time zone)
- Should be based in Hyderabad, India
- Be able to travel for project discussions, as needed (up to 10% time)
