Job Position:Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager (Only Male person)
Salary : 3.00 Lakhs-9lakhs per annum +Insentive + TA/DA

As we plan to expand our operations in pan India & your C.V. has been shortlisted for sales department. We are looking for young, dynamic & efficient manager.
We are about 12 year old company, having operation on pan India basis.
We are having more than 150 products . You must take tour of our virtual site.
Job Description:-
A. Establishment of distribution network i.e. appointment of competent-/ Carrying & Forwarding Agents (C&FA)/distributers/Super Stockiest/Look After.
B. Recruitment/Supervision/Guidance/Setting up targets and ensuring its achievements of your complete subordinate staff i.e. Sales officers, Pilot Sales Representative, Beauty Advisor.
C. Coordination with company and distribution network in regard with smooth distribution of companys Stock.
D. Supervision/Implementation/looking after local Publicity/Advertisement of products/Brand such as Distribution of Posters/Newspaper insertion, wall painting, Dealer Meets, retailers incentive etc.
Eligibility/ Who Can Apply
must having knowledge of creation/ look after channel network in B2B or B2C industry such as FMCG/OTC/Insurance/ Consumer Durable/Telecommunication/ Construction/ Such as Ply board, hardware, paint, Tyre/automobile(Spare part, Auto dealer, Team leader)/Pharma
Experience : At least 7 Years as Manager/Team Leader
PRODUCT : Life Style, Treatment Cosmetics, Personal Care, Ayurvedic Soaps, Natural Spray perfumes
