Job Description

• Ensure Control Plans and associated documents are implemented effectively and maintained.
• Assure the handover to the following shift Team Leader by updating the production logbook (machine breakdowns, losses, quality issues );
• Arrange daily meetings with the team (if necessary, at the beginning of the shift max. duration 5 minutes).
• Handling the manpower and supervising all stage to ensure 5S in Production area.
• Production and planning to optimize the daily production.
• Immediate feedback& fallow-up to store department for proper availability of material during production.
• Immediate feedback & fallow-up to CFT to resolve the issues related to production.
• To give complete production as per production plan and customer requirement.
• To analyze the defects to continuously improve the performance of production in production area.
