Job Tittle : ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Location : SAUDI (K.S.A.)
Job responsibility:-
- Evaluating drawings, & schedules.
- Prepare Shop & As-built drawings in coordination with the consultant.
- Ensuring preparation & timely submission of all Material submittal.
- Organize proper filing systems and maintenance of records.
- Part of the team for Testing & commissioning of all the Electrical systems & handing over to the client.
- Supervise up all the Electrical department work in the project.
- Planning & scheduling all electrical works in the project.
- Supervise the preparation of all submittals for site inspections of consultant.
- Involve in planning & scheduling for all site works.
- Maintain the best of relations with the consultant.
- Preparing all reports according to site progress.
- Coordinate all the electrical works with other contractors.
- Raising RFI (Request for Inspection) after completing of work.
- Following up with materials on site with the ordering.
- Following up the material quantities & tools with calculations for the project (cables, wires, trays, DBs, panels, etc.).
- Handling the supervisors, foremen & technicians.
- Making Reports of the work and submit to the Project Manager.
- Planning work progress and advice supervisor & foremen how to carry out the work.
- Responsible for complete project execution and final handover.
- Review shop drawing and give instructions at site as per the drawing
- Preparation of work schedule man power schedule, equipments and tools schedule for the project
- Coordination with site engineer for inspection of site.
- Supervise installation of low voltage cable try, underground cable, total lighting distribution system, power distribution system and or other electrical equipment's panel etc.
- Supervise electrical team, technical responsibilities of low voltage aspect.
- To assets testing commissioning and start up all electrical equipment.
- Coordination with procurement department to field team up resultant material for site management.
- Verifying that all necessary inspections and tests as required of the project and statutory regulation are carried out and records updates and maintained.
- Coordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties working on site.
- Coordinating with clients/third party, in accordance with approved ITP, for agreed witness inspection and tests.
- Ensuring close-out of all snags/punch-point within the time frame agreed with the content.
- Reviewing and performing material receiving inspection as per company and client
