Job Description

  • Manufacturer Acquisition & On-boarding To identify new segments and new manufacturers for enrolment into the CD/DC EMI product
  • To ensure Top 50 manufacturers are signed up across the eligible categories of purchase
  • Ensuring there is sign-up deployment of eligible manufacturers merchants across the eligible locations effective on-boarding
  • Manufacturer Relationship - Alliances Engage with National & Regional manufacturers to identify opportunity on building relationship with appropriate segment of merchants
  • Negotiate with National & Regional manufacturers on various Subvention and Customer programs to build volumes
  • Build and Execute a monthly tracker to help reach the desired targets supported with a strong Manufacturer engagement plan backed by MIS reporting etc
  • Drive Spends of Rs
  • 1,750 cr CD & LSF Loans from In-store merchants/dealers Monitor portfolio movement and launch program to increase activation among least engaged card holders
  • Set up business/product
  • Drive special schemes from Manufacturers
  • To influence multiple channel & function owners across geographies to reach business objectives Visibility & Branding Online & Offline Work along-with the Regional Marketing team & Central Marketing team to create Visibility better than Competition in the CD space
  • Basis ground level feedback, implement revisions and changes in the Marketing & Visibility across regions
  • Subventions Ensure to set expectations on data requirement on Subvention process with manufacturer
  • Ensure to close along-with central program support manager and operations teams as above
  • Ensure disciplined reporting of pending subvention claims to manufacturers
  • Ensure collection of pending subventions within agreed/guided SLA/TAT
  • Scheme Management Negotiate and procure best schemes in the market from manufacturers to drive volumes
  • Innovate new format of schemes to create customer need & drive in market
  • Ensure timely communication of these schemes to Sales and Visibility in market
  • Ensure effective communication to Sales/Customers on schemes to benefit
