Job Description

• Production Support Management 1
• Performing diagnosis of production incidents by reading application and database logs
• 2
• Assist respective Unit head, handle user escalations and supervise overall activities
• 3
• Approve change and release tickets in the system 4
• Vendor coordination 5
• Review SIT/UAT Disaster Recovery & Patching Responsible for Audit deliverables, SOX compliances, self-assessment Protectively monitor service provision on a regular basis to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and meet all service level obligations as defined
• Ensure compliance Reviewing Performance Monitoring reports generated by team
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team
• Conduct application performance reviews with DBA / Server Team / Network / Storage team etc
• Monitoring and running of planned Batch processes and UAT Testing Review of POA in case of activity planned
• Minimize the adverse impact of the incidents & Problems and to prevent recurrence of incidents related to these errors
• Provide accurate Configuration information to enable to make decisions at the right time
• Change & Release Management Ensure adequate resource management & team strength
• Create failovers in teams to avoid person dependencies Ensure that an agreed level of IT service is provided for all current IT services and that the future services are delivered to agreed achievable targets
• Ensure the employee goals and objectives are set to meet organizations requirements & business expectations
