Extensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role, including hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technologies. Role accountabilities: Production, Detailing and verification of BIM models and civil drawings as per schedule for selected projects (or components of projects) for US Water Civils team, under the supervision of Sr. BIM Modeler/Engineer, as part of Site development, Civil Infrastructure design primarily for Water sector. Follow guidelines per BIM Execution Plan. Preparation of Site Civil Plans, pipeline layout, plan and profile (gravity and pressure networks), General Arrangement drawings for pumping station, water/ wastewater treatment work using AutoCAD Civil3D / AutoCAD, as needed. Set up Sheets, adhere to CAD Standards and produce sheets in AutoCAD as 2D. Tools to be used on daily basis ACC, AutoCAD Civil 3D / CAD, PDF Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Diligent focus onthequality of deliverables- Follow Quality Process set as in Self Check, Check lists etc. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. High level of communication and good writing skills. knack for automation and enjoy finding innovative solutions to streamline workflows. Undertake mandatory Trainings from time to time related to Civil 3D / Tools/ Automation prescribed by the Line Manager / Team Lead from time to time and upskill. Compliance to the Arcadis Health and Safety standards Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time. Qualifications & Experience: Have a BSc/BEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering discipline. 0 to 2 years of experience. A strong foundation in civil engineering principles, supported by an excellent academic record. Familiarity with tools like BIM, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and AutoCAD 2D is an advantage; however, individuals with the enthusiasm and aptitude to quickly learn and master these technologies will be preferred. A keen interest in learning and leveraging in-built automation tools in Civil 3D. Experience or willingness to explore tools like Dynamo for Civil 3D or equivalent automation solutions.
