Job Description
- Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform to meet business needs.
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Pages, Power App and Power Automate solutions.
- Create and manage Power Pages for external and internal users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions are Secure, scalable, secure, and follow best practices.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Operational Excellence Managers and Local IT Managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Drive change and adoption of these technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Handle project documentation and DevOps procedures.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Pages, Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing IT and digital transformation projects.
- Experience with IT & Digital tools, low code/No code technologies, and platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes and digital strategy.
- Agile, waterfall or hybrid project management knowledge and experience is desired.
- General understanding and knowledge of ERP/CRM Solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Overview
The MS Power Platform Associate/Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsofts Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, create custom solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance of the applications built on the Power Platform. Additionally, the role requires experience in integration services to ensure seamless connectivity between different systems, with a specific emphasis on Dataverse and Dynamics 365 (D365). The individual will work in a global, cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams across various regions and departments to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
