Job Description
We are looking for experienced leaders with a strong analytical background (and overall professional experience of 16+ years) to work in our Analytics Consulting practice in Mumbai, Bangalore.
Domain: Range of Analytics (Descriptive to Advanced) depending on the client problem

We are looking for experienced leaders with a strong analytical background (and overall professional experience of 16+ years) to work in our Analytics Consulting practice.
Director s will work as an integral part of business analytics teams in India alongside clients and consultants in the U.S., leading teams for high-end analytics consulting engagements and providing business recommendations to project teams.
Education: Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering,
Econometrics, Statistics or Information Sciences such as business analytics or informatics
Required Skills: Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:
Must have : Experience in developing machine learning and deep Learning models in local and cloud environments (At least 1 of the 3: Azure ML, GCP s Vertex AI platform, AWS SageMaker) Key Skills: Must Have 6 out of 8 below skills:
Solid knowledge and experience of supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning machine learning algorithms. For e.g: classifiers, cluster analysis, dimension reduction, regression, and models CNN, RNN, DQN, GAN, temporal difference methods, sequence modeling, NLP/NLU, word/doc embeddings, collaborative filtering, self-attention, transformers, etc.
Experience in AI technologies, For e.g. computer vision, conversational AI, image, video and signal processing, Azure cognitive service
Working knowledge of containerization ( e.g. AWS EKS, Kubernetes), Dockers and data pipeline orchestration (e.g. Airflow)
Experience in machine learning frameworks and tools ( For e.g: scikit-learn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow,
MXNet, Pytorch, Caffe/Caffe2, CNTK, MLlib)
Advanced level programming in SQL and Python/Pyspark to guide teams
Experience with model explainability and interpretability techniques
Understanding of emerging technologies and latest data engineering providers Understanding of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Delivery methodologies
Nice to have:
A consultative approach to problem solving, ability to convert complex & ambiguous problem statements into a simple, scalable yet effective solution.
Experience with model explainability and interpretability techniques
Multi-task and manage multiple deadlines. Responsible for incorporating client/user feedback into the Product
Ability to think through complex user scenarios and design simple yet effective user interactions
Developed POCs to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution
Worked with senior stakeholders, product, data and design teams to assist with technical issues and translate technical solutions for a wider audience group (technical and non-technical).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, worked collaboratively with teams across different geographic locations.
Good presentation skills; should be able to present findings and insights in a manner understandable to business.

Implement cloud data solutions in the context of business applications, cost optimization, client s strategic needs and future growth goals as it relates to becoming a data driven organization
Establish a solutions-based practice, grow an organization, develop approaches/ methodologies, lead engagements, and provide consistent communications to clients and leadership teams; and,

Sales
Participate in pre sales process and drive deal solutions
Work closely with Partners and clients to build proposals, RFP and accounting for budgetary plans
Possess a Point of View on Industry and market trends and their implications to clients and businesses.
Project Delivery and Management
Manage communication and project delivery between India and US teams
Manage client proposals, presentations, and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions
Structure the approach and deliverables for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously Manage team members proactively
Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall project objective
And mentor juniors and team members on analytics and project delivery best practices
Help assess the impact of work, and conduct so-what analysis.
Develop storylines and make presentations
Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive independent business outcomes Understand and deliver on key performance Indicators and Priorities Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Required Experience: 12-16 yrs
