- Role Overview The Senior Legal Manager will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all legal and compliance-related matters for the organization. This position is based in Jaipur, offering a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Legal Manager will handle legal consulting, documentation, contract negotiations, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on business law and contract law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other critical legal materials. Advise management and business teams on legal risks and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making. Monitor legal compliance across business operations and recommend improvements where necessary. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal issues and support business objectives. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, as needed, and liaise with external legal counsel. Stay updated on changes in legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial services industry. Handle disputes, negotiations, and settlements to minimize risk and financial Expertise in Business Law and Contract Law with proven experience in legal consulting and compliance. Strong skills in legal document preparation and review. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, especially those applicable to NBFCs and the financial services sector. Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal scenarios effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams. Educational Requirement Law degree from an accredited institution. Additional certifications in corporate or financial law are a plus. Experience: At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services industry (ref:iimjobs.com),
