Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of highly scalable and distributed backend systems. Lead technical strategy and roadmap development for backend engineering. Design and develop robust APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines. Provide thought leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Optimize system performance, security, and reliability across cloud and on-premise environments. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices in software development and architecture. Lead technical reviews, code audits, and system optimizations. Manage and mitigate technical risks while ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Qualifications: 10 - 15 years of experience in backend software engineering with expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Java EE). Proven experience in architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems. Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development. Expertise in databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and performance optimization. Deep understanding of system design, scalability, high availability, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, driving best practices, and guiding technical decision-making. Educational Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field from a premier institute.,
