Sr. Trainer (Soft-Skills & Communication) Job Description:
We are looking for a certified and experienced Communications Trainer. Your goal as the Trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Supervise training budgets.
- Prepares for training delivery and delivers various learning methodologies to ensure effective and consistent delivery.
- Varies delivery style to fit the audience and builds learner engagement and motivation through adult learning principles.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Research content, Devise and prepare course structure, module details, content pertaining to Soft Skills Training.
- Participate in the design, creation and development of training solutions to meet business needs.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Any PG
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 3 - 4 years of proven experience in a training position.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Can join ASAP/immediately
