    Job Description:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the non aviation business
    • Proactively seek out new leads and generate a pipeline of prospective customers.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively promote and sell to potential clients.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
    • Generate leads, cold call prospective customers, conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
    • Create a strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to them, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and production, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
    • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the team to drive continuous improvement.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, MIS, including client information, sales activities, and outcomes.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for management review .

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or aviation industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
