- Job Description Oracle Customer Success Services is a One Oracle approach to ensuring customer success, through a broad set of services and solutions that are supported by certified and experienced implementers, helping to accelerate the entire customer journey. Customer Success Services provides a customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service, in conjunction with Oracle Development. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Analytics Architect to design, implement, manage data architecture and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies, and oversee complex data architectures and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Analytics, Oracle databases, and related tools to build integrated data and analytics solutions that support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and reporting initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will have expertise in data engineering, machine learning, AI modeling, and cloud computing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities Architect and implement end-to-end analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Autonomous Database, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to meet business requirements. Ensure smooth deployment and management of data science models and machine learning algorithms in production environments. Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient data architectures that support advanced analytics, machine learning models, and artificial intelligence initiatives. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based analytics architectures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and OAC to support large datasets, analytics workloads, and reporting needs. Develop and manage BI dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis tools using Oracle Analytics tools to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions. Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to define analytics requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the analytics solutions by optimizing Oracle databases, queries, and reports. Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices around data security, quality, and compliance using Oracle's security features, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data. Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance while ensuring the integrity of data. Oversee the deployment of data models and ensure that they are continually monitored and refined for optimal performance and user experience. Lead and mentor teams on Oracle Analytics best practices, solution design, and the latest Oracle technology developments, promoting continuous improvement across analytics functions. 15+ years of experience in analytics architecture, business intelligence, or data engineering, with at least 3+ years in Oracle technologies. Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE/OAS, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Autonomous Database, and other Oracle data/analytics solutions. Experience with large-scale data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating multiple data sources into Oracle-based systems. Expertise in machine learning model deployment, monitoring, and scaling. Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle data warehousing solutions. Solid understanding of business intelligence principles and best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analytics. Expertise in advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala. Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data warehouses.
