Job Role : The General Manager (GM) Projects, an architect, will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines architectural expertise with project management skills to ensure that projects meet all specifications, are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications : Bachelor's ( mandatory ) or Master's Degree in Architecture A minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in the field A minimum of 10 to 12 years" experience as Project Head Experience in Creative Designing with Project Management would be added advantage Skills : Basic Software : MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop MSP : added advantage Basic knowledge of Networking, DMX Integration : added advantage Responsibilities : Direct and oversee completion of project, right until Installation and handover Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan Assess risks and establish contingency plans Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders Manage and drive Techno Creative projects Detailing out delivery tasks, checklists and sourcing creative content & technology partners Managing the team of vendors, consultants, internal teams & clients Building up a robust and transparent reporting structure for better transparency Professionals who believe in trying NEW all the time would be preferred,
