Job Responsibilities Build & execute a year long Engagement plan for Management & Engineering Campuses Manage campus engagements & branding as well as Pre-joining communications Build a strong employer brand for Reliance on campuses via our social media handles Continuously research and look for avenues to propel our Brand Value Proposition to young talent across campuses Merchandise planning & execution through liaison with vendors (design & execution) The Incumbent will also work closely with the RELP (Reliance Emerging Leaders Program) Program Manager to plan smooth Campus Operations: i.e. Performance management, projects & allocations, Travel & Stay, Assets management Skills Required (Knowledge And Skills) Good communication skills & stakeholder management Good Organizational skills Passion for branding, social media & engagement with young talent Creative bent of mind & interest in events/branding Qualifications And Experience MBA preferably in HR 2 to 6 years of experience (preferably in campus resourcing / Engagements / Events) Additional Information Should be willing to work from office- RCP, Navi Mumbai Should be willing to travel to campuses as needed,
