Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Manager, Offerings Enablement GTM! As Genpact strengthens its offerings enablement ecosystem to enable Growth teams with high quality content for creating superior and faster solutions, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring relevant value messaging to our clients through our offerings collaterals. They will be responsible for working with allocated business teams to understand their business priorities, offerings & solutions, and accordingly create productized client facing offering packs to deliver business impact. They will be responsible for ensuring the right storytelling, content readiness, and quality at the right time to deliver the right Go to Market positioning in front of clients. Responsibilities The Offerings Enablement GTM Manager will work closely with practice, Service Line, sales, and enablement team to help drive the Go to market for offerings. They will own the strategic and operational duties associated with business content readiness and establish governance mechanisms to improve the overall offerings enablement ecosystem. Work closely with the practice and service line teams to understand their offerings priorities, go to market messaging Drive embedment of offerings across units and new accounts/regions, supporting demand generation initiatives Craft go to market messaging to help with embedment of the offerings with the sales team Analyze whitespaces and determine Gs right to play; craft value messaging for offerings, customizing it to units, regions, etc. Work with practice team to develop a offerings enablement/GTM strategy shortlisting offerings based on industry trends, account trends, etc. Work on developing processes to proactively identify themes for internal offerings campaigns as well as multiple sales motion backed by trends, research, etc. Understand Gs right to play and value articulation Driving value messaging by client personas and helping with driving GTM and revenue for sales Orchestrate offerings enablement sessions, focused on client value stories, GTM messaging Helping drive tech and AI initiatives to create tools/methodologies and automation to drive the GTM of offerings efficiently Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Good years of experience in Go to market enablement of offerings and solutions with sales teams Strong experience GTM experience with solid understanding of the client lifecycle, particularly prospecting and pitching Prior experience in working on GTM, product/solution marketing messaging with understanding of AI, ML, Agents, Cloud, Tech, etc. Understanding of value-based problem solving and solution orientation Strong sales enablement experience, particularly involving practice to sales teams Preferrable to have basic research skills Savvy with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to engage with senior stakeholders globally, understand and align with their business priorities, and work with knowledge partners to translate these to client messaging Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience in client-facing role and/or understanding professional services market would be an advantage Good summarization skills Ability to directly deal with stakeholders Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision and with geographically dispersed teams Good problem solving skills - ability to think and provide relevant solution Think strategically should be able to understand the larger picture Flexible - ability to adapt to changing dynamics quickly Personal efficiency and influencing skills Job Senior Manager Primary Location India-Gurugram Education Level Master's / Equivalent Job Posting Feb 14, 2025, 8:03:34 AM Unposting Date Ongoing Master Skills List Sales and Marketing Job Category Full Time,
