Company Description TATA AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Pvt. Ltd. is a 50:50 Joint Venture between TATA AUTOCOMP SYSTEMS LIMITED and HENDRICKSON. Established in 2006, this company specializes in suspension design and engineering solutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Deputy Manager Suspension Design - Engineering located in Chakan. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for - To understand the customer requirements, prepare concepts, create CAD model and drawing with GD & T (Hands on experience on SolidWorks), perform design calculations, support FEA, Testing, for new products / projects. Also, candidate is responsible for customer interactions and resolve vehicle testing and field issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical - BE/ B.Tech (Mech) Hands-on Experience in Chassis System components (Suspension/Steering/Axle/Frame) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent Communication Skills & Interpersonal skills Knowledge of PLM system and Stages of Product Development,
