Walk-in for JAVA Developer in Optimum Infosystem Pvt Ltd @ Chennai Location Job Title: Java Developer Walk in : 1-Feb-2025 -9 AM to 5 PM Experience: 4+ Yrs Above Location: [Chennai Location] Job Type: [Full-time] Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java applications using Java SE and Java EE Design, implement, and manage databases, including writing SQL queries. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain high code quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, debugging applications as necessary. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Java technologies. Ensure applications meet performance, security, and quality standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git). Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React). Understanding of containerization tools such as Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Experience in testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
